Trogg's Hollow 2012 CSA Member Sign-up Form
Trogg's Hollow is committed to growing things as organically, naturally and sustainably as we can for ourselves and our CSA members.  Each weekly share will include a wide variety of seasonally fresh, locally and naturally grown produce equaling 1/2 bushel (17.6 liters).  We go by nature's rules so there may be times when items aren’t available. This risk is on both us, the farmers, and you, the member. To help this issue we may need to include organically or sustainably‐grown items from other local farmers. We will keep informed if anything like this should need to occur.  We look forward to meeting you and having you join our farm family.

Pick-up/Drop-off Preference
Just like last year we'll be doing a pick-up in Elgin at either the home farm or the Elgin Harvest market.  Other pick-up/drop-off spots will be determined once we have a better idea of where members are located.  Based on current interest we are looking at drop-off spots in Roselle, Glen Ellyn/Wheaton, Sycamore/Dekalb and Wicker Park.  It's like this, we can create a pick-up/drop-off site anywhere within reason, as long as we have a willing host with an acceptable location, and at least 5 whole shares each week (any combo of full and half shares) going to that location.
Preferred Pick-up/Drop-off Site *
Sites will be finalized once we have a better idea of where members are located.
If you have selected to suggest a different site please make you suggestion here.
Please remember we can create a pick-up/drop-off site anywhere within reason, as long as we have a willing host with an acceptable location, and at least 5 whole shares each week (any combo of full and half shares) going to that location.
Receipt of your application and finalization of choices.
We will be sending everyone an email confirmation of their choices as soon as we can after receiving your applications.  This email will include your share size choice, your choice of payment, your preferred pick-up/drop-off site and details regarding when and where to send your payments.  You will need to reply to this email confirming your choices.
