This unique knowledge building, action planning, and networking conference will be held on November 15-16, 2017 at the University Place Conference Center in Portland. Oregon.

The conference is hosted by the International Transformational Resilience Coalition (ITRC) and is co-sponsored by numerous local, regional, and national organizations.


REGISTRATION INVOLVES A TWO-STEP PROCESS

Please DO NOT start the registration process unless you are ready to pay the registration fee now via PayPal. See below for Registration Type and Cost. If you do not have a PayPal account please establish one before going further. If you would prefer to pay by check please do not complete Step One. Instead, contact the ITRC at tr@trig-cli.org and ask for instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Registrations submitted without full payment are not valid and are automatically cancelled.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**: Please note that conference payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can sell your spot to another person as long as you notify us of the change. However, refunds are not possible.
Lunch Information
All lunches will be vegan. If you have other dietary requirements please address them on your own.

GROUP RATES: Discounted group rates are available for 5 or more people. Please contact the ITRC for information at: tr@trig-cli.org

PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS VIA A RANDOMLY SELECTED POOL FOR LIMITED INCOME INDIVIDUALS: A small number of partial scholarships are available for limited-income individuals. They will be randomly chosen from a pool three weeks prior to the conference based on the remaining spaces availability. Applicants must submit a description of their financial situation, including why they cannot pay the regular conference rate, as well as how they will use the information obtained during the conference, to the ITRC  to determine if you are eligible to apply for the pool at tr@trig-cli.org. (Note only 2-3 people will be selected and as of 9/13/17 there are already 10 applicants in the pool).

STUDENT REGISTRATION: A small number of partial scholarships for full time undergraduate and graduate students are also available. Student registration requires proof of full time school attendance, as well all the other information about financial condition and how you will use the information obtained at the conference described above in the section on  partial scholarships. Students with full or 3/4 time professional jobs are not eligible for scholarships as this is for students with very limited income. Submit your proposal to the ITRC to determine if space is still available at: tr@trig-cli.org 

CARBON TRAVEL OFFSETS : People will be coming to the conference from many states in the Pacific Northwest. We encourage everyone to use public transportation and to offset the carbon emissions generated by their travel to the event. One of the best and easiest ways to do this is through our friends at the Bonneville Environmental Foundation, who offer very credible and effective offsets. MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES, including TV crews, are welcome and will be given quarter-day or half-day passes. Media bringing heavy electronics must indicate this in their request. Please send media requests to: tr@trig-cli.org.

INFORMATION FOR NON-U.S. CITIZENS: Nothing in the registration form or the documents received after registration can be used to obtain a Visa or for any other purpose related to travel to the U.S. We cannot assist in any way with obtaining a Visa or any other travel document to the U.S. or elsewhere.
