This procedure has been established to ensure that all schools, administrative offices, and other Topeka Public School facilities and departments acquire (whether by purchase, grant, or donation) apps that are compatible with District mobile devices. “District Mobile Device Apps” includes any app or web-based application approved and used for District identified purposes. Apps that are not on the approved list will not be installed or supported
Please complete this form in its entirety to request approval for any computer application that is not on the Topeka Public Schools Approved Mobile Device Apps List. You will be contacted by the Curriculum Technology Integration Coordinator to set up a time for you to demonstrate the application and review this form with the District Application Review Committee.
