Seminar with Marie-France Dubreuil & Patrice Lauzon, and Signe Ronka
The TMRFSC is proud to present a figure skating seminar featuring Marie-France Dubreuil & Patrice Lauzon, olympic coaches and 2-time world silver medalists (2006-2007) on Saturday July 21st 2018 !
In addition, an off-ice seminar will be provided by Signe Ronka, a former competitive figure skater and founder of the FlexaFit conditioning program. Signe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also a NCCP 3 Certified National Competitive Coach.

Another successful Ice Show: “Colours of the World”
- Congratulations to all the skaters and volunteers for making our 2018 Ice Show “Colours of the World” another great success!
- Highlights included breathtaking performances by our invited guests: 2015 Junior Men’s Champion Nicolas Nadeau, World Competitor Dance Team Laurence Fournier Beaudry and Nikolaj Sorensen and Olympics Pairs Team Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro.
- Record-breaking attendance included over 550 spectators Friday night, and over 400 for Saturday afternoon!
- More than 200 club skaters performed in each show, and over 80 volunteers participated in this event.
- Thank you to all our members and parents for making this year’s edition another exciting and memorable show!

Eight from TMRFSC headed to Provincial Figure Skating Finals!
The TMRFSC has a team of eight finalists going to the upcoming Provincial Figure Skating Final Competition held in Victoriaville from March. 1st - 4th. There are 495 skaters competing in the Star categories and 156 skaters from all over the province of Quebec competing in Jeux De Participation. We have 6 finalists competing in the Star category and two finalists competing in Jeux de Participation.
The skaters are: Isabella Drouin (Star 10), Kayla Valle (Star 5), Libby Lassman (Gold Ladies), Layla Gobeil (Star 5), Juliette Boutin (Star 5), Lily-Mai Blais (Star 6), Tayisiya Synychenko and Alice Ohayon-Manfredi (Sans Limites 10 years).

Good luck to our TMR skaters at the upcoming 2018 Skate Canada Challenge!
Elizabeth Hatzis, 3rd place, Junior Ladies, 2018 Quebec Sectional “A” Provincial Finals
- Congratulations to our Quebec Provincial Team members Elizabeth Hatzis (Junior Ladies) and Minel Senses (Novice Pairs)!
- Elizabeth finished in 3rd place in Junior Ladies, and Minel in 3rd place in Novice Pairs with her partner Samir Andjorin (Laval FSC) at the 2018 Quebec Sectional “A” Provincial Finals.
- They will now participate in the 2018 Skate Canada Challenge in Pierrefonds next weekend from November 29 to December 3.
