The Promise Society Charity Nomination Form

The Promise Society is actively seeking charity organizations to be nominated during our upcoming events to dedicate the proceeds towards their cause. If nominated, we will include your organization with 3-4 other charities for our supporters to vote on who should receive the proceeds from the given event. If interested, please fill out the following form and if chosen, we will contact you as a nominee.
