We look forward to having you join us for a tour of The Project School during this school year. Below are dates and times of our scheduled tours for PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES. These tours are intended to give a small group of individuals (ideally, 10 maximum) an opportunity to view our school, learn about our programs, and ask questions. Information is also provided on the tour about registration for our school lottery.
Please select your first, second, and third choices for a tour date - and then please hold all of these days and times on your calendar. We will send confirmation to you of your assigned date/time. Please note that we will assign dates on a first come/first served basis. Therefore, if you first choice has been filled, we will assign you to your second or third. If all three of your date choices are already filled, we will be in touch with you to discuss alternative dates.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP FOR A TOUR UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR THAT DATE.
In the event of inclement weather, tours will be canceled. If that happens, we will do everything possible to reschedule you for a future tour. However, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. Please check our website if you question whether school is in session on your tour date. Delays and cancellations (both will lead to a canceled tour) will be listed under "announcements."
All tours take place during the academic day in the mornings only, and are intended for ADULT participants. We recognize that the scheduled days and times may not work for all interested families. We have scheduled tours based on availability of staff and on the ideal time of the school day to highlight specific curricular content. If families are unable to participate in a tour because of scheduling conflict or inclement weather, and then receive a spot via the lottery drawing, we will arrange tours during the decision-making window in order to allow these families to have an opportunity to see the school.
Please note: if you fill out this tour survey during a time when we are on break (fall break, Thanksgiving week, winter break), it may take us some time to get back in touch with you regarding confirmation. You can refer to our school website calendar for the dates of all school holidays.
If you have any questions about the tours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
