Registration includes $2 million individual Commercial General Public Liability subject to $500 deductible (payable by vendor). This does not cover theft or damage of personal property and contents.
Each space comes with one -15 amp service with two (2) outlets. There is a $20.00 charge for each additional power service required. Equipment: Participants must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, lights and CSA approved extension cords. Tables and chairs can be rented in advance at a minimal cost. Camping is not permitted onsite. *Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and booths in the case of inclement weather.
Staffing & ParkingUp to three (3) Site Access Pass wristbands are provided with each booth registration (Note: Children 12 and under are free). One (1) Parking Pass ($50/weekend) and one (1) additional Site Access Pass [$140 (+ service charges)] can be purchased at time of application (otherwise gate prices will apply).
Exhibitors are required to supervise their own space during hours of operation.
