2017-18 Volunteer Application and Re-certification Form
Trinity Episcopal School (TES) uses volunteers in a number of capacities. In order to ensure our students are in a safe and secure environment, TES conducts comprehensive background certifications on ALL parents interested in volunteering.

Parents MUST view (3) volunteer training videos BEFORE completing this application. Links for the videos are on the website (www.tescharlotte.org/parents) under the Parents' Association tab, or go to YouTube.com and search for Trinity Episcopal School Charlotte Volunteer Training.

After certifying you have viewed the videos and submit the application, you will receive an email invitation from Infomart.com. Follow the instructions in the invitation from Infomart to complete the application process.

The volunteer levels are:

* NOSC (No Student Contact) - Volunteers assisting with teacher support or administrative/office work.

* SCNODL (Student Contact) - Volunteers having supervised student contact but NOT DRIVING (classroom participation, school community events, chaperoning off campus walking field trips)

* SCANDDL (Student Contact & Driving) - Volunteers DRIVING students, chaperoning overnight student trips (even if not driving) or having unsupervised student contact such as coaching, enrichment programs or tutoring (even if not driving).

-- Once submitted, it takes approximately (7-10) business days to complete the application process.

-- Parents MUST re-certify their volunteer clearance every (3) years.

-- Please contact Gracie Ponjuan at gponjuan@tescharlotte.org if you have questions.
