Tuition Voucher Request Form
Directions:
Do not complete this form until you have formally registered for a course through the myTC portal.  For details on how to do this, including steps for applying to be a non-degree candidate (if applicable), please see our Policies and Procedures for Tuition Vouchers document.  

By completing the form below, you are asking the Office of Teacher Education to create a voucher that will cover some or all of your course costs for the semester.  Please complete this form prior to the first day of the semester in order to avoid incurring late fees.  If you are indeed eligible for a CT voucher, OTE will send it to the bursar on your behalf.  If you do not appear to be eligible for a voucher, OTE will reach out to you.  

Important Notes:
1) Your student teacher must have submitted his/her Record of Hours form before we can process your request
2) If you are eligible for a voucher, tuition credits will be posted to your account by the bursar's office approximately 2 weeks AFTER the start of the semester.

This is not your uni.  It is an 8 digit number, beginning with the letter T, assigned to you by the College.  This number can be found by logging into the myTC Portal at tc.edu.  Once you have logged into myTC, click on the "TC Services" tab.  Under "Personal Information," click on "My TC ID Number."  The voucher CANNOT be processed without this number.
