2017 NED Convention Student Parliamentarian

Applications are now open for the student Parliamentarian at NED Convention 2017. The role of the Parliamentarian will be to assist the NED Council throughout District Convention in all matters regarding Robert's Rules of Order. The Parliamentarian will have a non-voting role on the Jurisdiction Committee and will be paired with a member of the National Leadership Team.

Expectations of the Parliamentarian:
- Attend the entirety of 2017 NED Convention at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA
- Arrive at District Convention at 7pm on Thursday, March 16th for pre-Convention meetings and remain present through the close of District Convention on Saturday, March 18th
- Professional public speaking in front of the NED Delegation
- Proficiency in Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised 11th Edition
