Add a New Observer
Use this form to add a new Observer to your eWalkThrough® System. This form must be submitted for EACH NEW observer.
Your Email Address
Please list the name of the observer you would like to add to your eWalkThrough® System.
Please list the email address of the observer you are adding.
List the access level you would like this observer to have.
District Level--This user can view reports on all educators/observers.
Building Level--This user can view reports on educators/observers corresponding to the buildings they are assigned.
Observer Level--This user cannot view reports.
View Only Level-This user cannot view reports, and their submitted walkthrough data is not stored.
Educator Observer--This user can view reports ONLY on the walkthroughs that have been completed on them.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
