SHS Schedule Conflict Form 2017-2018
This form is to be used if there is a mistake in your schedule only. Schedule changes will only be made if necessary for graduation requirements and you do not need to sign-up to meet with your counselor. Please allow 3-5 days for this information to be processed and your counselor will email you and/or you will see the adjustment on your schedule.

Requesting a specific teacher is not a schedule conflict request that a counselor can accommodate. If you have this type of request please contact the building level Administrator.
