Parking Agreement *
Parking on school property is a privilege, not a right. A permit does not guarantee a spot. There are risks involved in parking on school property as with any public parking lot. This information is provided for the protection of the students and faculty of Erie High School. It is important that we know all of our drivers are licensed with proper registration and insurance information. In consideration of the permission to park on District premises; you release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the St. Vrain Valley School District, its agents or employees from all theft, loss, costs, damages, injury, claims and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any negligent and/or intentional acts with respect to the presence or operation of your vehicle on District premises. Any violation of the SVVSD policies or state law will be subject for administrative review of parking privileges. I understand the above statement of release and understand that failure to comply with school policy with regard to parking is then subject to disciplinary action, fines or towing (at owner's expense). All vehicles parked on school property are subject to search by SVVSD Board Policy. Students are permitted to park in designated student parking areas only.
