Most office supplies are returnable, some restrictions may apply. Some furniture items are returnable, but a lot are custom ordered. Items must be returned within 30 days of original date of receipt. Sullivan's Office Supply is committed to our customer's satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective, or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 5 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, Sullivan's will do our best to ensure returns are handled fairly.
