2016-17 STM School - 3rd Grade to 8th Grade Baseball Sign Up

Hello Baseball Fans! Students in Grades 3-8 play baseball through the San Francisco Parish and School Baseball League (SFPSBL).

NOTE: Grade 3 and Grade 4 are coaches pitch. Kids pitch in Grades 5th through 8th.

The season starts in March and will end prior to the end of the school year. There are playoffs for the top 4 teams in each division.

This registration form must be completed by Friday, November 18, 2016. Early registration is needed so the league will be able to assign park practices and game times.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fill out below STM Athletic Registration.

2. Fee is $100 per player in Grade 3 through Grade 5.
Grade 6 will have an option to purchase personalized jersey. The player fee for Grade 6 is $80 plus personalized jersey fee.
Grade 7 and Grade 8, player fee is $80 for those who already have personalized jersey.
Payment due by March 1st, 2017 , Wednesday.

3. Please submit a check payable to St Thomas More Athletic Board by the due date.
Please mark on the envelope - BASEBALL, YOUR CHILD NAME and GRADE.
Additional fee will charged after the due date.
(NO REFUND will be given once the player has been entered to the team roster)

Please note – If your child is not attending STM School in the Fall but registered as St. Thomas More Parishioner and is interested in playing with the school teams, they may still be able to play. Please send us an email: stmbaseballcoordinators@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you to work out the details.

Please use a separate registration for each player. You may combine payments, but not the registration.
