Saint Patrick High School Transportation Form
Saint Patrick High School is pleased to provide transportation to school in the morning and AFTER SCHOOL AT 2:45 PM BY DEMAND. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transportation after school due to the limited availability of our buses.

Northwest Side from St. Eugene, St. Juliana, Immaculate Conception, Mary Seat of Wisdom, St. Mary of the Woods, St. Monica, St. Elizabeth of the Trinity, St. Hilary, St. Benedict, Mount Carmel Academy, and St. Viator.

Southwest Side from St. Vincent (River Forest), St. Odilo, St. Mary’s of Riverside, St. Frances of Rome and St. Giles in Oak Park

Other sites can be added pending the need presented by the families.

Each morning, students are picked up at a designated time from the locations listed above and dropped off at these locations after school.  To assist us with our planning and budgeting for our transportation needs next year, we request that you complete this form by July 26, 2021.

If you have more than one son who will be using the service, please include all of their names on the one form.  You do not need to submit multiple forms for multiple sons.

The cost for the service is $300.00 per semester for one way or $600.00 for before and after school transportation each semester.
