Walk on Wednesdays (WOW) is Stony Brook University’s weekly walking program. WOW will kick-off its fall season on September 4, 2013. Groups of faculty and staff will start walking rain or shine at the locations listed on this form. Indoor maps are located at www.stonybrook.edu/healthieru. WOW is growing and the number of walks in 2012 doubled from the previous year. If you would like to be a Healthier U Walk Leader, please indicate so on this registration form. We'd love to have you join us.
Participants that walk at least 4 times will receive FREE Healthier U T-shirt (while supplies last). Why walk?
