DESCRIPTION: Welcome all Walkers and Runners! Regardless of skill level or experience, the purpose of this presentation is to exercise smarter and more efficiently, therefore enjoying greater benefits from your workout. Tips on stretching, strengthening exercises, footwear, and proper form will allow for a more productive running and walking experience. You do not need to be a Campus Recreation Center (CRC) member to participate. Wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Attend 1 or more sessions for 30 minutes or up to an hour. Pick up your FREE pass to the CRC to use anytime.
