Request a Stony Brook Alumni Association Card

As a Stony Brook alum, you are eligible for alumni perks including discounts on retail, restaurants, hotels, insurance products, the Staller Center for the Arts and more. To redeem some discounts, you'll need your Alumni Association Card.  

All Alumni receive an Alumni Association card upon graduation. If you have not received one or lost the one you had, please complete the form linked below.
