2017 Boys Volleyball
If your son grade 5th through 8th is interested in playing boys volleyball this spring, please complete this form online and submit payment by February 15th. You may pay online or at the office. March 1st is the deadline to sign up for boys volleyball if your son will be playing for SMG this upcoming 2017 season. The “Early Bird” fee of $60 is due to the
office no later than February 15th. $85 will be required after February 15th (Registration fee includes a shirt) (If 8th grade boy and would like a warm up shirt, add $30 to registration fee)

ATTENTION COACHES: If you are interested in coaching a team, please indicate this on the form below. All potential coaches need to have VIRTUS training and a background check and will need to be approved by the Athletic Board.
