2024 Spring SEMESTER - Early Dismissal Pass Request
Students are eligible for an EDP (Early Dismissal Pass) for free block(s) that fall at the END of the day only. Students may not leave campus and/or come back with an EDP.   There are no in and out privileges; the EDP is for leaving campus only.  Students needing to return to campus for co-curriculars may do so after 3:00 p.m.

Students who have the last block(s) of the day free may leave during the lunch block.  Except: students must remain on campus for liturgy, Mass, prayer service, assemblies or any other designated school event even if they have an EDP.  Students found to be off campus who still have these events or classes are subject to suspension.

This form must be filled out only by a parent or guardian.  Parents by signing this form you are giving your student permission to leave campus during the regularly scheduled school day and not return until after 3pm.

No student submissions are allowed.  EDP are subject to revocation by parents or Administration.

All requests were DUE  no later than January 2 , 2024. Please submit ASAP.
