Intersect Review Board Application 2017-18
Intersect: The Stanford Journal of Science, Technology, and Society is an interdisciplinary, undergrad-run, peer-reviewed journal based at Stanford. The journal accepts submissions from scholars around the world, ranging from undergraduates to post-docs and incorporates them into a cohesive issue that delves deeply into the study of science, technology, & society. The journal is published quarterly at
and is cited regularly in Google Scholar.
We are looking for Stanford undergraduate and graduate students to serve as peer reviewers and evaluate the quality of our submissions. If you are highly knowledgeable about an academic area related to STS (e.g. energy resources, public health, history of science), you qualify! Involves quarterly commitment of 2-3 hours to review one manuscript. If a paper is submitted to us that matches your area of interest and expertise, we will reach out to you about reviewing it.
All selected reviewers are recognized on our website and their names are included in each published issue.
