Transcript Request Form
This online form is strictly for use in sending your official transcript directly to an institution of higher learning or to an employer. Any requests to have a transcript mailed directly to you, the student, requires your signature. Please utilize the "Transcript Request Form" found on the RGHS Guidance Department webpage for these requests and email them to: tmcbride@staff.vgsd.org Please allow up to ten school days for a transcript to be processed and sent.
