Damage & Theft Claims
All damage claims or theft claims must be submitted to Spinlister through this form within 24 hours of the end of the rental period associated with the claim. If this is a theft claim, please make sure to file an official police report.

Spinlister and the Renter are not responsible for any claims due to normal "wear and tear" which includes cosmetic damage that does not impair the safety of ride. Renters are responsible for flat tire repairs. Spinlister is not responsible for any "Loss of Use" and loss of rental revenue due to a theft or damage to your ride.

You may access the Rental Agreement contract for more details on claims at https://www.spinlister.com/safety. As per the Rental Agreement, we rely on Bicycle Blue Book, eBay, Craigslist, and our industry partners to value the ride at its fair market value.

When you file a damage or theft claim, Spinlister determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim qualifies for protection under our Spinlister Guarantee. Spinlister’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with Spinlister if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process.

Please describe in detail the damages, include the location of the damage on the ride, how the damage occurred, the time the damage occurred, etc. If a theft claim, please describe what time the theft occurred, how was the ride locked (cable, U-lock, outdoors, indoors), location of theft.
