Kid Art Review Sign-Up
Kid Art Reviews is a guest blog series on our website where we ask children between the ages of 5-12 to comment on a current exhibition in the gallery. The review and conversation with SPACES staff is then posted for all to enjoy. You can check out our current Kid Art Reviews here: http://www.spacesgallery.org/blog/category/kid-art-review

We only conduct one Kid Art Review per exhibition and we schedule on a first-come-first-served basis. If we do not have a slot currently available for your child, we will contact you with future dates and exhibitions for you to choose from.

If you have more than one child to sign-up, please do so on separate forms. Thank you!

Legal Stuff
SPACES takes the safety of children very seriously. We only take photographs of the children participating from the back and will never post photos of your childs full face. We will also only publish the first name of your child in our Kid Art Review. We will take video of your child during the interview process but this is for internal use only for transcription purposes and will not be made public unless otherwise requested by SPACES.
To be a part of SPACES Kid Art Review you will need to sign a waiver.
The waiver gives SPACES permission and the rights to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or otherwise exploit your child's name, photographic image, likeness and sound recording, any statement written or oral, and any supplemental materials in connection with the interview.
Does your child have any special needs that we should be aware of to ensure this is a positive experience for them?
SPACES is an equal opportunity organization and this question is meant to ensure we are adequately prepared to provide the best experience for your child. Needs may include sensory sensitivity, Sign Language Interpreter, Braille or the need to experience art by way of touch, etc.
