Please fill up this form if you plan to participate in the Creators Hub area of Anime Festival Asia Thailand 2016 (AFATH16).

AFA TH 2016 will be held on 19th-21st August at Royal Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center.

Do note that this is a registration of interest for the ballot and DOES NOT confirm your participation in the event. If you have been short-listed via ballot and artwork review, you will be contacted by a representative of AFATH16 for a follow-up. Please do not contact us if you do not receive an follow-up.

The closing time and date for applications is 2359, 15th July 2016.

Please ensure all information entered is accurate. The organizers are not responsible if contact of successful circles cannot be established due to inaccurate information, and the place will be given to the next successful circle.
