The hardest thing was doing hand stands against the wall. | 17:08 | the practice was good i got through six rounds and then did 12 sit ups of the next round. i struggled during the burpees. Next time i can work on running faster. | The squats were the most difficult part for me. I think i could have challenged myself more. | we finished with 6:30 left, i really enjoyed working in a group. | we got to the middle of the fifth round. I think that i did push myself and my partners and i made sure we pushed eachother as well. | me and jessi finished in 26:06. i think we should do another team workout. | i think me and jessi finished in 21:30. i wouold rate this a 6 or 7 because it was harder than most workouts, but we still managed to do it. I didnt like all the squats though. | yes we did work together, although me and jessi were a little mad that you traded us in the beginning of the game. One positive thing that someone else did was let me and jessi actually touch the ball for once. | my group did 325 OH press, 290 GB squats, and 307 Bicep curls.I felt very tired after this workout and my arms were kind of sore the next day. | i completed six full rounds and did 12 sit ups of my next round. I struggled during the burpees. I got the same exact score as i did the first time. Next time i will give it my all and go as hard as i can for the actual final. | I will push myself and try my best in every workout. I wont cheat or do less reps because that just hurts myself and defeats the purpose of the workout. I will make sure that myself and none of my group members ever cheat or do less reps. | me and jessi made it through 185 walking lunges in this workout. the static hold was the hardest because me and jessi struggled a lot on the hand stands because neither of us can do them well or for a long ammount of time. | kristen and i finished with 20 wall touches left. the main muscles used were our leg and arm muscles, there was a lost of running and squating we had to do. | i completed six full rounds and did all my jump ropes on the next round but didnt get any burpees in I did improve from the last final and im very happy about that. | I really enjoyed the group of people in this PE class. It was a odd mix of people but we all got along great and i made many new friends. I would obviously have made there be more court time in this class, tennis of course, but i would have also like more outdoor or team workouts. Overall i really enjoyed this class and it was a great start to my year, i will miss it alot. | ||||||||

And thats all i have to say about that. | the practice was good i got through four rounds and pushed myself even though im in terrible shape lol | hi mrs k i dont remember this workout to be honest sowwy:( | we completed this workout in good time i dont enjoy workouts but then again i dont remember this workout | this workout was def a little bit tricky i had three other guys in my group and we hauled ass but i feel we could have done better when it comes to the lifting thing when we had to do all those pull ups. all in all i felt good about the workout | me an Jake finished the workout... I think we really killed it lol we sweated really bad but we got it finished #yayus | was this the workout that we had to carry the 25 pound weight? i did really great at this one cuz i couldnt walk the next day lols | i cant plat football to save my life lol so that pretty much sums up my experince | i felt great lol it was asy cuz didnt sweat, sweating is gross so i dont do it. i had like 213 pullups, 112 curlys an about 221 benchies k | i ot through several rounds i could have done better but i was real tired i felt like i did well. | i will be more honest and try to achiev e better scores | this werk out was tough but me an Jake kicked ass yet again we were abe to hold onto the weight and were victorious | this one was tricky but i finished with a great score im not sure what it was but i enjoyed it. | MY LETTER. So we have reached the end of the class... :( this was a great class so many amazing hilarious people like Jake, Avery, Judson and Jordan. i will miss it. i could have honestly tried harder but exaustion was setting in by the second day so i went less HAM than i could have... Exceppt for hockey i slayed people when i played hockey and i killed it during bowling even though my score was 46:( i kept getting gutter balls and i dropped the ball several times but i eventually beat Judsons score cuz i kept screwing him up while he was trying to throw.LMFAO. I did like working with a group because i felt like it made me try even harder | Absent | i finished the workout with a couple minutes left. My legs overall are just not the best when working out. deffenitly a killer. | We finished wil a little over 3 minutes. we did try our hardest towards the end, but did slack off in the beggining and hurt us. was a good workout, you dont realize how much 25 pounds is until you run with it, | we made it half way through the fourth round. i was with the most pushing individuals though. we were able to get along and test eachothers limits to the the last. couldve went a little faster but confusion was relevant. | |||||||||||||||||||

I felt that we pushed each other and did the best we could. At some points when we wanted to stop we encouraged each other to keep going. | Phil and I got 26:32. This workout was hard because it was very hot on the turf and I didn't have anything to drink. I would like to do less burpees in our next workout. | My partner and I got 21:10. I thought this workout was a 8 because there were a lot of reps with the weight. It got harder as the work out went. | I thought my team did very well. Jake was a really good quarter back for our team. Him and Phil were the key components of our team. | My group got 275 OH presses, 265 jumping pull ups, and 297 bicep curls. After this workout my arms were very weak and sore | I got 5 rounds and had just finished my 50 jump ropes. I struggled a lot on the burpees and I think i need to practice them before the final comes. I did worse then the first time I did this. | I will work harder and push myself until I can't go anymore. I will make sure my partner and I complete every rep of the workout and dont cut anything short. | Kyle and I made it through 185 lunges. I thought that it was more difficult doing the hold because ater you just finished working hard you couldnt rest, you had to go straight into the next activity. | Sam and I finished with just 20 wall touches left. I thought that this workout mainly worked my legs. | I completed 6 rounds and 30 jump ropes. I did improve from the first practice final. | I really enjoyed the class that we had. I thought there was a good mix of us and we all bonded together and had a ton of fun during the games. My noggin really actually had a chance at bursting at some point. You can guess what I found most difficult. | I was physically disabled actually which forced me out of this fun activity. | I was still physically unable to do anything at all sadly. | . . . | We finished with about 6 minutes left, and I really liked working in our group because we really pushed eachother, made sure we kept moving and never quit. Our team was pretty squad if you ask me. We were so efficient too that we even got to pretty much pick what game we played today which was pretty nice too even though at the time we didn't know we'd be facing Wag's class . . . we got slayed. | My group, consisting of Crystal, Madi and I made it to the round with the 50's. I heard a lot of groups lost points during this workout but I don't think our group should've been on of them. Pullups were thrilling, as I did my best with my one arm. Fireman carries, air squats, lateral jumps and all the rest of that good stuff got us really worn out but we didn't stop so soon. | Kristen and I finished relatively first behind maybe only one group I think. It was difficult, but fairly do-able at the same time. I'm pretty sure our final time was around 26 minutes and 33 seconds? Something like that. I'll give it a thumbs up for that workout. | I was out this day. Sadly again, I know. | My team was fabulous actually, we fairly and squarely won both of our games and had fun in the process. Kristen caught a pass! I also made my first day back an intruiging one as a scored 3 TD's by only sacraficing one broken finger to add to laundry list of my ailments. Jake is an adequate quarterback but our connection was a remarkable one. | My group was really good at this and got these scores: OH Press-325, GB Squat-295, Curls-307 Me, Jessica and Samantha killed this one but this workout was indeed a killer in itself fo showww. | I almost got done 6 rounds, I was tripping up on the Jump ropes again as usual as the buzzer went off. I have officially proclaimed myself the absolute worst jump roper of all time Yem and you know that. I didnt improve or deprove from my last Practice Final because I was out that day. The one thing I can do to improve for next time is to figure out the trick on how to jump ropes. | Push your hardest, but know yourself. Try your best but at your own pace. No matter what your final number tallies up to be, just make sure you don't "cheat yourself" because in reality that doesnt do you any good at all. That's pretty much it. | Madison, Kevin and I all had a different workout then everyone else since we were the struggle squad of the class, and we made it through about everything. If I can recall, we got done everything on our paper with just about 8 wall touches to go.To me, the static hold was definitely harder, in my opinion. Those wall sits? Oh my gawsh, my quads were on fire. They were the biggest killer of the workout. Just about everything else though, I could handle. | Today's workout wasn't a death sentence, Jud and I did survive actually. The hardest thing I think was just keeping up with the partner jump over part. I saw Jud struggle since he did it first, then when it was my turn I got that same feel. We got everything done other then the last few wall touches. | This time, on the big day, I did indeed improve my final score from last time. My previous record was nearly 6 sets/rounds but this time I surpassed that milestone and made it past 6 all while doing an extra wall touch to go along with it. | This class was probs one of favs ever, with the variety of people we had in our class it made it all the more interesting. The fun we had in our sempt as if it was never ending. Even some of the workouts were, depending on the circumstances (jumproping was not of of them). I loved this class and everyone in it, I met a lot of new people, made a lot of new friends and also got the chance to catch up with the old ones AKA Avery. I wish I could have this same class again with the same people but I enjoyed it while it lasted. Yemmy I bet none of your new classes will be able to beat how good ours was. Also I didnt like the wall climbs and hand stand holds because I have bad balance and its hard to keep my feet on the wall without falling over. | 15:44 | I got 7 rounds plus finished the runs and sit-ups. Next time I can work on not taking small breaks when i get to the wall for the sit-ups which will improve my scores. | I think that I pushed myself in this workout and i found the squats the most challenging part. | My group finished with 6:40 left in the workout. I liked working in a group because we all pushed eachother to finish the round and the workout. | we got to 50 reps for each workout. I think that i pushed myself and my group because we all made sure that if someone was struggling that another person jumped in and finished the reps. | Me and my partner finished at 27:47 and in our next workout i would like to use weights and not do so much running | My partners and I finished at 23:07 and I would say that this workout was a 7 because you had time off when ur partners were going but you still got a good leg and arm workout, | I think that my team worked together because we scored a lot of touchdowns and worked together on defense and one positive thing that someone did was Kevin was a very accurate quarterback and didnt throw an interception. | I was absent | I finished 6 rounds plus the wall touches and i struggled on the burpees because by the end they are the most tiring part of the workout. For next time in can try and do my sit-ups faster so i san get to the jump ropes and burpees. | I will work myself as hard as I can and also hold my partner to the same standards as far as doing every rep and working as hard as they can. | ||||||||||||

The hardest thing for me was the holding handstands and those wall climbs. | 19:08 | I got 5 rounds in with 6 wall touches and 20 sit ups extra. I stuggled really bad on the burpees and the ending wall touches. I need to run on my own more ofter to help improve my cardiovascular endurance. I also need to do more burpees and other core exercises to help me improve. | What was hard for me during this workout was the squats because in all we were suppose to do about 255 and I stuggled getting through the squats each and every minute. I don't think I pushed my self as heard as I could during this workout because I started slacking during the end. | My team finished with a time of 24 minutes. I really liked working with a group because when I was feeling like I couldn't run the rest of the way with the 25 lb weight, Phil stayed back with me and made sure I kept going and didn't give up on myself. Although sometimes I did feel like I was holding them back a little but they were very understanding with me. | Madi, Philip, and I finished 5 rounds in this workout. The reason we were able to finish 5 rounds was because we all were pushing each other to keep going and not give up. It was especialy inspiring to watch Phil keep up with us in the workouts because he only had one arm. | I had finished my running for round 2 when 30 minutes was up. All I would have needed to do was 2 of each workout and then complete the running and exercises for round 1. I would like to do another weighted excercise. | 24:55 Rate: 6 because this was a challenging workout but it was not the hardest we have encountered. | I thought my team worked well together, we kind of had to because we had 2 or 3 less players than everyone elses team. Avery made up for the lost players tho because he had the best belt and did the "tornado" he mainly carried the team through each game. Avery was being positive when he picked me up to congradulate the touchdown that I made. | Bench/ OH 275, Pull ups 265, Curls 297, I felt so weak after completing this workout. I cant do a pull up for my life so I was like dead after doing all those arm workouts. | I finished 5 rounds with 6 wall touches and 10 sit ups extra. I struggled so bad with the burpees in the fnishing rounds I did. It depresses me to say that I got the same exact score as last time except 10 less sit ups. I don't think I pushed myself very hard today so I could work on that for next time. | Well I can hold myself to a higher standard because I'm not one to lie and feel good about it. I like to stay true to myself. I can hold others to a higher integrity by asking if they are proud of being liars or if they want to be more. | Me and Nick made it past the Wts, sit ups, and burpees and then we did 30 lunges. Definitely the holds, we have been practiceing our constant workouts all MP but we haven't done anything with holds. | Me and Madison finished the workout at 25 minutes. We didn't get to do the last 25 wall touches of the workout. During this workout we used our leg muscles, arm muscules, and ab muscules. | ||||||||||

I should work the areas where I am most weak and get them strong. I know I have little strength and that is a place that can always be improved. | This is my least favorite workout. During this workout, I always feel pretty bad and afterwards I usually feel better but I still dislike it. I am really bad at wall climbs and staying with your feet on the wall for a certain amount of time. Those were the most difficult for me. | 20:26 | I just completed 6 rounds | I did challenge myself during this workout. I barely could get to the squats because the DB swings and DB snatches took me a bit to complete expecially as the workout went on. I did push myself. | Was absent | We completed 3 rounds and 24 pull-ups. We did push each other and we kept each other working hard even when we didnt want to. | Didn't finish, was on round 3. Team work outs are nice. | My partner and i completed everything up to 5 wall touches. I would have to rate it a 6 because i felt like i had to work harder wl my partner and (i really dislike squats and lunges and there were a lot of those). | Yes, we worked together fairly well. Something someone did that was positive was have almost everyone a chance and didnt freak out if you couldnt play well | We completed 264 bench/OH, 241 GB squats, and 340 curls. Afterwards, i felt energized and exersised | I finished 6 rounds and 6 extra runs. After the 3rd round, i started to feel really bad which made going on harder, yes i improved. I was able to finish more runs then last time. I can push myself a little harder and shoot for 7 | I will work my hardest and make sure not to cheat. I understand cheating wont help me at all and im just cheating myself. I will try to make sure my friends do not cheat. We are not fooling anyone. | ||||||||||||

I think I just need to work on my endurance and staying with it | 9/19/14 Challenge Yourself- I started struggling with the squats towards the end and I may have been able to push myself a little more during this work out but overall it was pretty good. | 9/23/14 Pet Rock- My group finished with 6 minutes left. I liked working in a group with my friends because we all pushed eachother to keep going. | My group made it to the middle of the 50's round and I think I pushed myself and we pushed eachother as group. When someone was getting tired we just continued to encourage eachother. | 9/30/14 Sam and I got 26:06. And I would not like to be outside for our next workout, the heat made it a lot more difficult to stay focused. | 10/2/2014- Zen- Sam and I got 21:30. I would give it between 5-7 because even though you and your partner are pushing eachother you got tired quickly . | Yes my team worked together. Sam and I were quite salty about you changing is in the beginning because the team were on before was money, but we were able to look pasted it. Something someone did that was that Alex and Jamar actually passed the ball to the girls. | Over head press- 325, GB Squat- 290, Bicep Curls- 307. My arms reall yhurt after this work out and the next morning my shoulder blades were in a lot of pain. | I achieved 6 rounds plus 4 wall touches. I did not improve from the last time we did this workout. I think I stuggled with keeping up my pace with the wall touches. And I think I can imporve on just pushing myself to get those last few things in and to go harder. | I will tell myself and my peers that I want to do good and be true myself as they also should do because in the end you will regret if you cheat yourself in the little things in life. | 10/16/14- Sam and I got up to 185 lunges. I think the hardest for us was the static hold because we really couldn't hold the handstand for long and also because after switching from the static hold to the constant movement we would get really tired out and it would be harder to stay in position during the static hold. | |||||||||||
