Official letters can only be produced once your have been fully enrolled onto your course and have paid you fees;
All Full Time students are provided with a Council Tax exemption letter at the start of your course - you do not need to request this;
All students are provided with a Certification of Enrolment letter at the start of your course - you do not need to request this;
Please ensure that if you change your address, you notify us by using the online form for address changes;
If you are due to enrol onto a new programme of study and require a CAS for your visa application, you must apply to your relevant admissions team.

Only undergraduate and postgraduate taught students, part way through their taught programme should use this form to request a CAS.;
Please allow 5 working days for the production of your letter (NB during September and October, you may need to wait for 10 working days).

Please do not make duplicate requests, as this can cause delays in the production of these documents.
