Internship Learning Contract: Learning Plan
A typed learning plan must be submitted in this section. The learning plan consists of a description of your internship, an academic component, and evaluation and grading. This MUST be done before your internship begins. Keep a copy for your records. The link below contains information on formulating a learning plan and an example. (Page 2 and 3 of PDF)

The learning plan must be completed and submitted before your internship begins. Learning plan must be completed in or converted into GOOGLE DOCS (access your google drive to do so)
If your learning contract is completed in word, you have to convert the word file to a google docs. You can do so by uploading Word file into your google drive and converting there or you may copy and paste information from the word document into the google doc. (Make sure to adjust spacing and format that may have changed)

Steps to get a link for your learning plan on google docs.

Click on the blue Share button at the top right of the window.

Click advanced to change viewer settings. If the file is already open for viewing by any user who has the link. Click shareable link to get the URL.

Click change

Click shareable link the get the URL and copy the URL in the following section
Send learning plan to faculty advisor and site supervisor before sending them the learning contract link
