Club Annual Report
Annual reports are filled out after your club elections, and submitted by July 15 each year. Among other things, this information is vital for recording alumnae volunteers.

This report should only take a brief time complete. If you should have to stop midway, go to the end of the survey and click SUBMIT. Your information will be saved at this point, and you may continue at the point you left off. You will receive a copy of your completed report via email.
