Application to Join NetHawwal's Beta Test
Thank you for your interest in NetHawwal. NetHawwal, which means "we transform" in Arabic, is an online learning platform that helps you develop marketable skills in using social media for advocacy, development, journalism, and entrepreneurship.

The beta course consists of the Savvy Strategist skill set, part of the Advocacy section. In this skill set, you will be guided through learning modules on the following topics:

• Defining Digital Advocacy
• Writing Digital SMART Goals
• Identifying Audiences & Creating User Personas
• Messages & Channels
• Choosing Tactics
• Monitoring & Evaluation

A final exercise will give you the opportunity to apply what you've learned and get feedback from a mentor.

The skill set is designed to be completed in about seven 45-minute sessions, on your schedule. By the end of the skill set, you will be able to develop a measurable digital strategy for an advocacy campaign. Successful completion of the skill set, including all quizzes and the final exercise will earn you a Savvy Strategist certificate from Social Media Exchange (www.smex.org).
