By filling out this form you are indicating the following:

You would like to be either nationally, locally, or partially inactive for the Fall 2021 semester. You understand that this means that although you may lose your voting privileges and cannot hold any leadership position, you are still a member of the Zeta Iota Chapter, and welcome to attend meetings and events. You understand that you are required to pay local dues, but need not pay national dues, and recognize that unless you are abroad or have an extenuating circumstance, you cannot go inactive for two consecutive semesters and must be in good standing regarding attendance.

Note: You may go Nationally Inactive if you are studying abroad/not taking classes on campus this semester (co-op and the like…)
