Elementary Education Department Room Request Form

This form is for Lurie College of Education Faculty and Staff ONLY. Room requests must be submitted 2 days (at least 48 hours) prior to using the room. ** Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in SH 412 or SH 447. ** SH 331 is only reserved for Faculty and Staff Development events/meetings. Please refer to the Ad Hoc Facilities Committee Policies for room guidelines at sjsu.edu/education/facultyandstaff/roompolicies.pdf.
