Welcome to the PTF!

PTF is a great way to show support for your school. Membership money is used
for classroom supplies and playground improvements. For every family who
joins, you will receive a discount card for many area businesses. It is our way of
saying “Thanks” for doing your part for SBA.

The cost for membership is $10 per family. If you have more than one child, you
only need to join once. Anybody can join: Mom, Dad, Grandparents, etc.
Please complete and detach the form below and turn it in to your child’s
teacher, with payment, no later than September 30th. Checks should be made
payable to Silverdale Baptist Academy or SBA.
