Sherwood Middle School Track Sign Up
This sign up form will gather needed information for the 2019Track & Field season.  You can pay the fee from the online payment link (will be active soon on the middle track landing page) or send a check to: Sherwood Middle School Track  PO Box 773 Sherwood, Or  97140.  The fee will be $150 for the first athlete, $125 for the 2nd, $100 for the 3rd.  If you would like to request a subsidized Track program fee or apply for a partial scholarship, please contact Sarah Giles, Sarahogiles@gmail.com
If the athlete is participating in both the Sherwood Track Club and the SMS track program, the fee will be half for each program.  Please pay the full SMS fee and the SMS staff will send half of the fee to Shannon Milton, head coach of the Club.
Practices will be held at SMS at 3:00 pm and ending at 4:30 pm starting March 18th/2019.  Meet Schedule TBA. Registration closes April 7th.
