SFCM Recording Session Request Form

This form is for use by current SFCM Collegiate, Preparatory students, and SFCM Faculty. Once we receive your request we will contact you with hall availability.

The SFCM Recording Department will automatically record video for all SFCM ensemble, faculty, and guest artist performances. This includes Graduating Recitals, Artist Certificate Recitals, and Junior Voice Recitals. If your performance falls under one of these categories, there is no need to fill out this form, your recording will be scheduled automatically.

Please note, individuals may request no more than three recording sessions per semester - this is to ensure fairness and availability to the entire SFCM community.

Please provide a range of dates. Availability on any specific date is not guaranteed as sessions are limited based on availability of the halls. We only book sessions in the Concert Hall and Recital Hall in the Ann Getty Center.
