University Housing Application Cancellation
This form is to request cancellation of the housing application only if payment has been submitted. Applications not completed by payment should be cancelled through the online application portal.

Per the Terms and Conditions of the Housing Agreement, cancellation requests received after May 15th for the Summer, June 15th for the Academic Year and November 15th for the Spring will not be eligible for a credit of the $300 prepayment ($100 processing fee, and $50 late fee if applicable are both non-refundable).
