Library as Instructional Leader - Library Self Evaluation
Welcome.

This activity consists of two parts:

1. Self Evaluation: Each participating library will provide an assessment of their participation in the LSTA grant from 2008-2012. This information will form the basis for our final grant report, so we ask that you answer thoroughly and thoughtfully, giving as many examples and details as possible about the work you've done and the progress you've achieved in information literacy. Although one person may be assigned to complete this form, we hope that your responses will be the result of conversations with or feedback from participating librarians and discipline faculty.

2. Selected Resources: Each participating library is asked to review the products of its LSTA work, including curricula, surveys, assessments, learning objects and more. Although these resources are probably already available on the LSTA Wiki, they are difficult to find.

We ask that you select resources to share with colleagues across the state. We have created a new site that allows us to organize and index our shared resources to make them more accessible. Once you've selected resources to share, please visit the wiki and submit them using the form provided. Your entries will include tags and other information to facilitate access. We ask each library to submit at least 4 resources to this site: http://lstahighlights.wordpress.com

Because we know this kind of analysis will take time, libraries will receive a $300 stipend for completing this evaluation. This form must be completed and resources submitted by June 22, 2012.
