Guidelines • All fundraising activities involving students, school facilities, and/or the school name must be approved in advance by the administration. • Fund raising activities should provide a service or a product and should not be a gratuitous solicitation for funds. • Use of local businesses to provide products or services is preferred. • Avoid door to door sales. Students should only make contact with people they know. • Be very aware of profit margin for students. Forty percent return should be the minimum. • All monies raised must be deposited with the school secretary. • Under no circumstances shall funds be commingled with personal monies. • All funds raised must be used for student activities and must provide direct benefit to South Fremont High School students.
