Executive Session began at 6:00 p.m. Personnel discussed.

Joe Bukowski, President, chaired the meeting which began at 7:00 p.m. in the Board

Room of the Administration Building.

The Board approved by motion (Morris/Payne) the minutes of the February 15, 2016

meeting. Vote 4/0

The Board approved by motion (Morris/Spicer) to pay claims #144 - #250. Vote 4/0

The Board approved by motion (Alexander/Payne) the Personnel Report, which included
20
approval of Eric Rigel and Derrick Turner as Volunteer Baseball Coaches. Vote 4/0

The Board also approved by motion (Morris/Payne) the hiring of Tony Stidham as
23
Jr. High Assistant Boy's Track Coach. Vote 4/0

Distribution of School Performance Pay to Certified Personnel was approved by motion
26
(Morris/Alexander). Vote 4/0

Accomplishments and performances of several school programs were discussed
29
and complimented by the Board Members. Specifically, Show Choir, they won the Grand
30
Champion Award at their last competition. Several students also won Individual
31
Performance Awards. Band, Solo and Ensomble received a Silver Medal at the State
32
Competition. Girl's Basketball, completed a successful season. Band members and
33
parents are looking forward to the next Alumni/Student Band Clinic on April 9th.

There being no other business, the Board approved by motion (Morris/ Payne) to
