In response to the many and varied needs of our families, we have been investigating ways to streamline the tuition payment and collection process. This year we offered an option to make payments online; next year we will be partnering with a system where families can see a complete statement of their tuition, fees, credits and payments online. A secure log-in ID enables parents to view this information at any time of day or night. Other benefits include:
• Numerous payment options (e-bills or mailed monthly invoices, ACH auto-debits or credit card payments and you select the day of the month your payments are due).
• Reminder e-mails and/or text messages sent before the payment is due.
• Customer Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• A secure online account for each family.
• Mobile payment options.
At this time, we ask you to select the payment plan you want to use next year. We will use the information gathered here and include it to help streamline this new process for you. Throughout the spring, we will communicate with you about this exciting change. In May we will ask you to confirm and finalize your tuition payment contract, verify your information, confirm or change your chosen plan, select your date and method of payment and finalize with an electronic signature.
