Reader Feast Vendor Agreement

Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, San Diego Reader hereby establishes a vendor agreement for Vendor pursuant to which Vendor will participate in the San Diego Reader Feast event promotion.

Participating company agrees to provide:
850 2-4oz samples for tasting
All appropriate serving ware (cups, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.)
Booth staff

San Diego Reader agrees to provide:
Name recognition on applicable ads including flyers/posters, Reader/SDReader.com
Temporary Food Facility Permit (if vendor does not have a catering license)
Tables (Tent if applicable)
2 tickets to the event
1 exhibitor booth at the event
4 vendor badges

Event will start on time. Exhibitors are required to set up and be ready to pour/serve at least 60 minutes ahead of VIP admission. VIP admission 12:00PM. General Admission 1:00-4:00PM. Booths must remain open for the entire duration of the event.
Space reservation at Reader Feast requires the signing of this agreement. Registration and booth space will not be confirmed until contract is received. Signature constitutes company agreement to abide by all rules and policies of the event. The San Diego Reader reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or company.
