Seating over a thousand people twice a day takes a bit of gentle direction and this is where the meeting stewarding team comes in. You will welcome people as they arrive, hand out literature, take up the offerings, direct people to gaps in the seating and assist with the tidying and resetting of seating after the session.
Stewards normally volunteer for either the evening or morning meetings so you won’t be on duty all the time! Benefits include not missing any meetings, arriving early to get the pick of the seats and getting to meet and greet many people you don’t yet know. There is no discount for volunteering with this team as you don't need to miss any sessions!
