2014 Washington State Jefferson Awards Nomination Form
Do you know people who have made a difference in your community? If so, nominate your community's "unsung" hero for a 2014 Washington State Jefferson Award!

The Jefferson Awards honor ordinary people who do extraordinary things for others. Initiated in 1972 to create a "Nobel Prize" for public service, awards are presented both nationally and locally. Join us to recognize Washington’s “unsung heroes” and to inspire volunteerism and action in our communities! Use the below form to nominate the people you know who make a difference: individuals who have made their community, the nation and the world a better place either through volunteer service or going above and beyond the call of duty at work.
