RPNS Application to Register

Applications are processed in the order received. To enroll or be placed on a waiting list, you must submit this application and a $50 non-refundable registration fee paid via PayPal. We will notify you via email of your placement or waiting list status within 5 business days.

To complete your enrollment, additional documentation such as child's health evaluation and immunization records, TB test results from working parents and other documents to comply with our insurance requirements will be requested and due August 1, 2017.

If you are placed in a class, the following amounts will be due:

- Non-refundable deposit in the amount of your monthly tuition is due on June 1, 2017. This amount will be applied to your last month’s tuition for the 2017-2018 school year.

- First month’s tuition is due September 1, 2017.

- Non-refundable annual maintenance fee of $100.00 is due October 1, 2017.
