Deaf Community Survey - Reputable Agency Task Force

Thank you for participating in the NAD/RID Reputable Agency Task Force (RATF) survey. This task force was created in response to RID motion C2011.02. Additional separate surveys from this committee are being designed for other stakeholders related to interpreting services. All participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous.
The goal of this survey is to elicit feedback from the Deaf Community on current practices in providing sign language interpreter referral services. Your responses here will help NAD and RID to work toward developing standards for interpreting referral agencies.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. This survey should take 15-25 minutes. If you cannot complete the survey all at once, don’t worry. Google Forms will keep your responses and when you return you can begin from where you left off.
Would you prefer the questions be asked in ASL?
