Registration form - Sauna Herbal Cup 2015

The deadline for sending the registration form is September 25th .2015 or once the capacity is full. Priority is given to the contestatnts who send their registration form first. If you cancel your participation more than 1 month before the event, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel it later, the fee is 100% of the registration fee.
With this application, the contestant agrees that organizer can use his name, photos and name of his/her ceremony (aufguss) for promotion of the event. He/she agrees with taking pictures and videoshooting during the event as well. These materials will be used further based on needs of the event organizer. The contestant also states he/she is able to perform sauna ceremonies (aufguss), he/she is signing-up for the competition based on free will and is healthy and can take part in the competition.

Registration fee – 30 EUR/contestant
The fee includes accommodation (room) from Thursday to Saturday night, breakfasts and evening banquet for the contestant and entry to wellness during the whole event.

Assistant and accompanying person
Room for Thursday night (incl. Friday breakfast) for FREE.
Room and breakfast for Friday and Saturday - 20 EUR /person/night
Evening banquet – 10 EUR/person/day
Wellness entrance fees as per valid prices.

In order to enter the competition it is necessary to pay the registration fee and send us/fill in the registration form.
