I didn't understand how to change a guildie's class.
I didn't really pay attention to class.
Right now the Loot Pile is just for fun, but we want to make it unlock things as it grows. What sounds cool to you?
Increase number of guildies that can be hired (right now there's no cap, but we'd had incrementally higher caps)
Some zones would unlock via the loot pile
Class would unlock via the loot pile
Special missions/dungeons would unlock
Doesn't unlock stuff, but loot can be melted down/disenchanted to make gold or more loot.
