Thank you for your interest in providing a program for the Poughkeepsie Public Library District. Events are planned according to the Library District's strategic plan and are intended to complement our collections and services. Events are free and open to the public without subject to solicitation of any kind. The Library District’s programming team reviews all proposals once a month so please allow 4-5 weeks for a response to your proposal. Events are planned 3-6 months in advance.

Please note this form should be used to submit collaborative program proposals between interested people or organizations and the Library District. This form should not be used to reserve a room.
