There will be a volunteer meeting on Wed., Oct. 17 from 4 to 4:30 p.m. in the lower Mieras conference room.
Final logistics will be sent to all volunteers through email two weeks before the event. Please be on the look out for this information as well as any last minute updates the week of the event.
On Sat., Oct. 20, check in at the Volunteer Station for a PRE-SHIFT MEETING 30 minutes before your shift begins. The volunteer Station will be located on the 1st floor of Nicholson Commons (outside patio to the right of the B&N Bookstore when you are facing the building). Lot C parking lot will close at 9:30 a.m. and parking will be limited so please plan accordingly. A shuttle service will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to and from the public parking lot facing Sunset Cliffs. Dawn Patrol can park in Draper Parking Lot.
Pre-Event help is also needed on Friday, October 19 at 11 a.m. Please see page three for more details.
